Description

1. These prices include the design of residential and apartment projects, as well as commercial projects of less than two hundred square meters.
Commercial projects of more than 200 square meters will be increased by 20%.
It should be noted that the design of government projects, town, park and game city, the project price contract is with the agreement of the employer and the designer and does not include the price of the mentioned packages.
2. In the classic project design, 5% is added to all prices.
3. If the project is outside Mazandaran province, the cost of transportation and housing is the responsibility of the employer.

4. Supervision and implementation of the project in the form of contract management, which according to the custom of public and private contracts for contract management is 20% of the total project estimated amount.
