1. What is the number of renderings that we receive at the end of the design?
Of course, the number of renderings for each project is different, so it is not possible to say for sure how many will be presented. In one project, for example, the design of the kitchen plan may be linear, and with one rendering, the entire environment and design will be clear, but in another project, it is to show Giving the entire kitchen environment 3 renderings to be responsive. So it will be different according to each project and we try to make all the spaces clear in the rendered renderings.
2. Is the 3D file of the project available to the employer?
In response, I have to say no! The file of a project and its output result is the result of years of effort of the designer, and many employers may be active in the field of design, so as a result, I personally cannot provide the 3D file of the project to the employer.
3. Is night rendering delivered for facade design projects?
To get a night rendering, if the client’s plan has lighting and good visibility at night, $10 will be added to the contract amount and the night rendering will be delivered.
4. Is it possible to accept project supervision or project implementation?
I prefer to work as a freelancer and do not work in the executive field, but complete plans will be delivered to the employer’s executive team.
